10 ways to live a healthier life

Nature is best and you can learn a lot if you are quiet and yearning for answers. Holistic Health is not a new trend, it has been practiced through the ages. With technology we have slowly been disconnected to ourselves and busy ourself with the next and biggest new 'things,' all the while losing touch with out inner being- soul, Qi, Prana.
If I could think of 10 ways to live a healthier life these would be contenders
Digestion and Diet- Eat a wide range of fruits and vegetables, all colors. The pH in the urine and saliva is very important. The spped of digestion Is key and can tell a lot about a persons health.
Hydration is key, not too much and not too little.
Exercise- what is fun for you, you need to sweat.
Quiet time and rest- reflection and being still can energize and bring confidence.
Plants- indoor and outdoor, try to work and have a green thumb, they provide health benefits and can bring you joy looking at them.
Declutter- if your room is filled with too much or a bunch of trinkets it can crowd the space and energy will not flow through the house. Feng Shui principle's can help with your home's energy flow.
Knowing what is bothering you and what are the tools to diffuse and/or solve the problem.
Emotional regulation- emotions will rise what tools can help support you and the situation.
Laughter
Safety- Do you feel safe in your mind, body, and soul? If not, what is it?
Knowing tools and also knowing yourself, being intune with your body and mind and knowing who you are can make the world of difference in your everyday life.
